:: Danger Island Television Show Danger Island was a popular Saturday morning television show that combined live action, cliff hanger, comedy adventure series that originally aired, in 1968-1969, as a segment on the weekly Banana Splits Adventure Hour show. Danger Island produced the catch phrase "Uh oh, Chongo!" and remains a cult favorite today. Along with a young Jan-Michael Vincent (his first TV show credit) who played Link Simmons, Danger Island also starred Frank Aletter as Professor Irwin Hayden, Kim Kahana as Chongo, Rockne Tarkington as Morgan, Ronne Troup as Leslie Hayden, and Victor Eberg as Mu-Tan. Most notably, Danger Island was directed by Richard Donner, who went on to direct movies like Lethal Weapon and Superman II.

Still a child at heart, The Webguy has managed to collect all thirty six (36) original Danger Island shorts, as originally aired in 1968-1969. The Webguy has also taken the time to combine the episodes, edit out all of the individual starts, and create one feature-length version of the Danger Island series.
